The best All-in-one Notion Template
Table of Contents
This is the best Notion template I’ve created yet – the 2025 all-in-one planner that allows you to organize every aspect of your life in one place. Not only is it beginner-friendly, but it’s also visually appealing and highly functional.
Let me give you a comprehensive review of the 2025 Glow and Grow planner.
Why Glow and Grow?
I chose this name because I believe that’s what 2025 will be about, at least for me. I aspire to be the healthiest version of myself – with clear, glowing skin, embracing fitness, prioritizing mental health, being present, maintaining spiritual wellness, and more.
Additionally, I aim to grow – expanding my businesses, enhancing my knowledge, building my network, and increasing my financial prosperity. I’m committed to making 2025 transformative, and I believe this planner will help achieve these goals.
Glow and Grow Planner Overview
As you can see, the planner pages are categorized to help with navigation and I love how it makes everything look organized. Let’s talk about the pages
2024 reflection
I believe it’s so important to reflect on the previous year before you start a new year because this gives you so much clarity on how the year went, what worked, what didn’t, what you need to let go of and how to improve for the new year. It contains soo many reflections prompts for different categories of your life which i highly recommend you answer them all.
Wheel of life balance
The Wheel of Life is a self-assessment tool that helps you evaluate and balance key areas of your life, like health, career, finances, and relationships. By visually identifying strengths and gaps, it clarifies where to focus your energy for a more balanced, fulfilling life. It’s important because balance improves overall well-being and prevents burnout in any one area. I do this quarterly and it has helped me so much to refocus each quarter.
If you’re interested in trying it out, I have a full instruction on how to do it, even within the planner.
Declutter list
Decluttering before the year starts is very important to me and this declutter list tells you everything you need to go through and declutter. Once you’re done, you just check it off. You can turn this into a little fun challenge and see how many you can get done each day.
2025 goals + bucketlist
I love goal setting and this page is dedicated to that. Set big and small goals for the year, break them down into smaller tasks and get to work. You also get to write down your bucket list of things you want to do or try this year.
Monthly goals
The best way to make sure you are working towards your yearly goals is to break them down into monthly goals.
Monthly reflections
At the end of each month, it’s great to reflect on the month and see if you were able to achieve your goals and what you could do better next time.
Happy moments
This was a page I created last year and I’m so glad I did. All you have to do is document every moment when you are genuinely happy. It doesn’t matter how small or silly the thing might be, if it makes you happy, write it down. This helps a lot on days when you feel like nothing.
Deadline tracker
This a deadline tracker to keep track of urgent tasks. It even has a countdown timer to tell you how many days you have left till a task is due. I use this all the time.
Monthly reset routine
This is for those interested in trying the monthly reset routine trend happening on YouTube. It comes with everything you need to reset, reflect and plan a new month. You don’t have to use this page at all but it’s nice to have, just incase.
12-week year planner
The master to-do list is by far one of my favorite templates. In the master to-do list, all you have to do is input everything you want/have to do including the deadline, and right from the dashboard under due this week, you get to see the tasks that you have to get done that particular week. How cool is that? I’m pretty sure this will make me more productive.
Weekly journal hub
This is for those who like to journal but not so frequently. This is a quick way to let it all out , quickly and easily, right from the dashboard.
Self-care hub
Self-care is important and I wanted to create something for that. Inside the self-care journal, there are pages for affirmations, gratitude, selfcare activities, and much more. The weekly reflection section is my favorite that’s why I moved it to the dashboard. It allows me to quickly reflect on each week and see how I can improve for the following week. This year, I’m all about self-assessment and improvement.
Fitness planner
the fitness planner is a place where I keep track of my workout routine, my measurements, and much more.
Bookshelf
This is where you can keep track of all your books, TBR, 5 star reads and much more. It also comes with a fun challenge and much more.
Habit tracker
A habit tracker is a must especially when you’re trying to remain consistent in what you do. Put in your daily habits and see how consistently you’re doing them weekly. I places it right on the dashboard for easy access and to serve as a reminder for you to do your habits anytime you open your planner.
Meal planner
This meal planner is very easy to use because once you tap on a section to add the meal you want, it brings up all the meals you’ve added to your meal database before. This means you don’t have to type out your meals all over again and it makes meal planning so much easier and quicker.
It also comes with a recipe page to document new dishes and pastries as well as a grocery list.
Daily schedule calendar overview
A place to plan out your days in the calendar.
Full comprehensive student planner
This is currently the best student planner you can find out there. It’s so complete and has everything you need as a student to plan your academic life and be successful.
Skincare Hub
I’m not kidding when I say this is the best and most complete skincare notion template out there. I love skincare and I love trying out new products so it’s only right I keep track of my stash. The hub makes it each for me to track my toners, and serums and also categorize them based on their job as well as write a review on them. I also use it to keep track of my beauty appointments and the expiration dates of my products. I don’t use the morning and night skincare routine tracker because I’m very consistent with that but I added it to make the template better for those that will get it.
Finances
The finance and budget tracker is a simple yet effective tracker. I made it simple to use so that anyone can start budgeting and tracking how they make and spend their money. i want to get better at money management this year so I know this will surely help me.
Creative outlet
a place to keep track of your creative ideas and passion projects. Inside, you will find a business planner for those thinking of starting a business, a YouTube planner for those who want to start a YouTube channel, and finally a blog planner for those who want to start a blog. Just like this one you’re reading.
