I just created the best 2024 Notion template
Table of Contents
I have been using Notion to organize my entire life for about 2 years now and it keeps getting better. In case you don’t know what notion is, it is an all-in-one workspace application that integrates note-taking, document organization, task management, and collaboration features. It allows users to create and manage various types of content, such as text, images, databases, and more, in a flexible and customizable environment.
My 2023 Notion setup went viral when I first shared it and I think this 2024 template might just beat it. In this post, I will be giving you a detailed review of my 2024 Notion template. It’s currently available on Gumroad and Etsy at an introductory price but it’s very limited so quickly grab one if you’re interested. Let’s get into it.
2024 Notion template tour
2024 Notion template homepage
When you get the template, this is exactly how your dashboard will look like. One of my favorite features about Notion is how everything is customizable. You can change the colors, and pictures, and move things around to fit your needs. I decided to make it colorful and aesthetic so that it’s something I will always look forward to opening. And bright colors remind me of spring and it just calms me down.
2023 reflections
It’s important to reflect before you start a new year to see how far you’ve come and be grateful of all your wins. This page comes prefilled with my favorite reflection prompts and also a wheel of life balance.
2024 goals
This is where you set your goals for the year and track them. Each card allows you to set the category the goal falls into, set the quarter you want to achieve it, why this goal is important to you, and a master plan on how you plan to achieve it and it has a progress bar to show you how much progress you’re making. Try to make your goals SMART.
2024 Vision Board
I was never a vision board kinda girly but I realized how powerful it can be. That’s why I want to see it every time I open my notion to quickly remind me of my goals and what I want to achieve. There are so many YouTube videos out there on how to create a vision board so watch some and make yours. Once you’re done.
Monthly goals and reflections
These pages contain sub-pages with all the Months of the Year so that I can easily break down my yearly goals into monthly goals. At the end of each month, I love to reflect on how the month went and how to improve for the coming month.
Finance and budget tracker
The finance and budget tracker is a simple yet effective tracker. I made it simple to use so that anyone can start budgeting and tracking how they make and spend their money. I really want to get better at money management this year so I know this will surely help me.
Habit tracker
Staying consistent with your habits is so important if you want to see results and I realize that ever since I started using a habit tracker, things have been so much easier for me. There is just something so satisfying about checking off a box. I didn’t want my habit tracker to be complicated that’s why I made it very simple but trust me, it works so well. All I have to do at the end of each week is reset it.
Ideal routines
I really want to have a new consistent morning and night routine now that I’m done with school.
I am still trying to craft the perfect routines that will work for me so when I do, I will write it all here including the time I want to spend on each task.
Master to-do list
The master to-do list is by far one of my favorite templates. In the master to-do list, all you have to do is input everything you want/have to do including the deadline, and right from the dashboard under due this week, you get to see the tasks that you have to get done that particular week. How cool is that? I’m pretty sure this will make me more productive.
12 Week plan
The 12-week plan is a template that allows you to try out the 12-week year method of setting goals by Brian P. Morgan. It’s a great book and I highly recommend you read it. I would also love to try this method for Q2 so that’s why I have a template ready for use.
Deadline tracker
The deadline tracker is a simple tracker that countdowns to certain events that you don’t want to miss. You can also use it for tasks, to-dos, etc.
Right at the corner, you can also set weekly goals. I wouldn’t say I like setting daily goals so weekly goals are better for me.
Cleaning schedule
I am a clean person but I added a cleaning schedule because of you. You might want one especially if you’re dealing with adhd. It works just like the habit tracker.
Weekly meal prep
I have never meal prepped before and I want to try it this year. This meal planner is very easy to use because once you tap on a section to add the meal you want, it brings up all the meals you’ve added to your meal database before. This means you don’t have to type out your meals all over again and it makes meal planning so much easier and quicker.
We also have a recipe page to document new dishes and pastries as well as a grocery list.
Self-care hub
Self-care is important and I wanted to create something for that. Inside the self-care journal, there are pages for affirmations, gratitude, selfcare activities, and much more. The weekly reflection section is my favorite that’s why I moved it to the dashboard. It allows me to quickly reflect on each week and see how I can improve for the following week. This year, I’m all about self-assessment and improvement.
Fitness planner
the fitness planner is a place where I keep track of my workout routine, my measurements, and much more.
Now to my favorite place in this entire template
by the right side, you can see I have a currently reading and watching tab as well as a skincare routine tab.
I want to read more this year and this will help me to stay focused to read more. Inside the bookshelf page, I get to keep track of my 5-star reads, my favorite authors, all the books I’ve read before, a reading challenge I want to complete, and much more.
I don’t really watch movies but I am obsessed with K-drama and animations. I love to keep track of these because you don’t know when someone will ask for recs, which will be helpful.
Skincare Hub
I’m not kidding when I say this is the best and most complete skincare notion template out there. I love skincare and I’m always trying out new products so it’s only right I keep track of my stash. The hub makes it easy for me to track my toners, and serums and also categorize them based on their job as well as write a review on them. This is one of my favorite pages in the 2024 notion template.
I also use it to keep track of my beauty appointments and the expiration dates of my products. I don’t use the morning and night skincare routine tracker because I’m very consistent with that but I added it to make the template better for those that will get it.
My Schedule
This is a simple calendar where I schedule my days.
Final thoughts on the 2024 Notion template
I hope you enjoyed this 2024 notion template tour as much as I did while writing it. This template is all you need especially if you’re just getting started with Notion or organization because it’s very easy to navigate yet aesthetic and organized.
If you’re interested in getting this template, it’s currently available on Gumroad and Etsy for less than $10 !!! Yes, you read that right. Copies are minimal though so if you want one, get it right away!
