The homemade DIY face masks I am about to share with you have a combination of either two of the following of ingredients
A. Cinnamon
B. Lemon
C. Egg whites
D. Turmeric and
E. Honey
Here are a few benefits of each ingredient:
Cinnamon
Cinnamon has antibacterial and antifungal properties which fight acne and pimples. It is good for oily skin as it regulates the oil production on the face. Not only does it cleanses skin pores and exfoliates the dead skin cells, but it also improves fine lines by plumping the skin.
Lemon
Lemon also contains antibacterial properties, helping fight the bacteria agents causing your breakouts. It is a great oil eliminator and can be used to treat hyperpigmentation of the face. It also fades acne scars and reduces redness.
Egg white
Egg whites are rich in protein and albumin that have skin toning properties and promotes wrinkle free skin.they are excellent for oily skin because they tighten large pores and help get rid of blackheads by squeezing them out to the skin surface when tightening. They also reduce under eye puffiness
Tumeric
It also has antibacterial properties that treat acne. It has anti-inflammatory properties which can treat inflammation caused by pimples. The bleaching properties of turmeric can help treat skin pigmentation and it also prevents wrinkles.
Honey
Honey is a natural humectant which hydrates the skin. It reverses age by helping in controlling wrinkles and fine lines. It lightens scars, fights acne and pimples and gently exfoliates the skin.
