2023 Notion setup
Table of Contents
If you know me, you know that I’m obsessed with Notion ever since I finally figured it out. Surprisingly, you guys also like notion because my posts about the most aesthetic notion template for students and aesthetic Notion templates you have to see have become very popular over here. Well, here is another Notion post!
In this post, I will be giving you a full detailed tour of my entire 2023 notion setup. I have a template available for those that want to get their lives together in 2023 as well and support me (ily).
This is the first time I am going to Notion for EVERYTHING! This includes my personal life, this blog, my Etsy shop, and any other thing that might come up later so I’m pretty excited. I spent weeks designing it trying to make it functional yet very cute and I think I’ve gotten it to a point where I’m very satisfied with it.
Without any further delay, let’s get into it!
2023 Notion tour
This is the full picture of the dashboard. Isn’t this so aesthetic? I personally love the color combinations and the header as well. I made the vision board (the picture) on canva and placed it there to always mind me of my goals. One great thing about Notion is that everything is 100% customizable. You can change the color, the header, the sizes of different things, and even the fonts.
Under personal space, there is:
- 2023 goals
- Vision Board
- Bucket list
- Monthly goals
- Monthly reflections
- Finance and budget tracker
- Contacts and brain dump
The monthly goals and reflections have separate pages for each month of the year so that you can organize your goals and reflections easily and you can always change the layouts if you want.
The finance and budget tracker is a simple yet effective tracker. I made it simple to use so that anyone can start budgeting and tracking how they make and spend their money. This will also be my first time actually tracking my finances so I can’t wait to see what exactly is eating up all my money.
The next section we have is the productivity section. I felt like this was necessary because I really need to stop wasting time and be more disciplined.
Here you will find:
- A master to-do list
- 12-week plan and
- A Deadline tracker
The master to-do list is by far one of my favorite templates. In the master to-do list, all you have to do is input everything you want/have to do including the deadline, and right from the dashboard under This week, you get to see the tasks that you have to get done that particular week. How cool is that? I’m pretty sure this will make me more productive.
The 12-week plan is a template that allows you to try out the 12-week year method of setting goals by Brian P. Morgan. It’s a great book and I highly recommend you read it. I would also love to try this method for Q2 so that’s why I have a template ready for use.
The deadline tracker is a simple tracker that countdowns to certain events that you don’t want to miss. You can also use it for tasks, to-dos, etc.
Right at the corner, you can also set weekly goals. I wouldn’t say I like setting daily goals so weekly goals are better for me.
Then we have the trackers!
I really want to have a consistent morning and night routine and I figured out that having a habit tracker will make that possible. I use the habit tracker to track my daily habits and see how well I’ve done at the end of each week. At the end of each day, it tells you how many percent of your habits you got done.
The next tracker is a daily cleaning schedule. If you need help keeping your space clean, having a daily cleaning schedule can help.
This template also comes with a full skincare tracker. We are glowing this year baby.
Then we have fun and leisure
I’m still working on this but currently, I have a bookshelf set up. Inside the bookshelf, you will be able to write book reviews, save book recommendations, rate books, build your book wishlist and so much more!
I didn’t want the dashboard to be choked up so, under fun and leisure, I can only see books I’m currently reading. I want to read at least 10 books in 2023 so let’s see how that goes.
I’m currently working on a template to track movies and series so once that’s done, I will add it to this section. Let me know if you want a template when it drops.
Last but not the least, we have a health and wellness section.
I really want to become a healthier, and happier version of myself and become that girl so this is a very important section for me. There is a selfcare journal where I have my prompts, gratitude journal and so much more.
The fitness planner is something I hope to use more often and it comes with so many great pages like a weight tracker, challenge tracker, workout routine and so much more.
I already use the meal planner a lot for meal prepping and it has been great so far. Inside the
Meal planner, you get to record recipes, make grocery shopping lists and so much more. The weekly meal plan table is fully automated so when you click on any day of the week, meals from your recipe book show up depending on whether you’re trying to schedule breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks!
Final thoughts on my 2023 notion setup
I hope you enjoyed this as much as I did. I really want 2023 to be my year and I think this template will make that possible.
If interested, you can get this exact template from my blog shop or my Etsy shop. I made it super cheap so that anyone could afford it.
Did you know that you can also get some of the individual templates as well?
We can now separately buy the :
- Finance and budget tracker
- 12-week plan template
- Deadline tracker
- Cleaning checklist
- Skincare planner
- Bookshelf
- Fitness planner
- Selfcare journal
- Meal planner.
All these templates are included in this 2023 notion template and if you were to buy them separately, that would cost you almost $75 but when you get the template, you’re only paying $15! Now that’s such a steal.
Have you tried notion before?
